از افغان ها برای افغانستان

شبکه افغان محور بر اساس یک عقیده ساده امآ اساسی معتقد است بر حق تعین سرنوشت افغانها توسط خود شان، نه در حاشیه والهام گرفته از عزم بیرونی ها بلکه در حیطه و محراق تجارب تاریخی خود شان. تنها با اتخاذ چنین احساس افغانی  میتوان بر موانع متعددی که در حال حاضر بان روبرو هستیم غلبه کرد. این وظیفه  تنها با مساعی مشترک و انتقادات سازنده افغان های داخل و خارج از میهن  میتواند بر اورده شود .  بنابراین، افغان محور اصول اساسی خویش  را که بر خاسته از بهترین ارزش های فرهنگی  و فضائل سنت ما است چنین توضیح می نماید:

اول: به طور فعال ترویج ناسیونالیسم مدنی چنانکه در تاریخ، مذهب، فرهنگ، سنن، علایم، آموزش و پرورش، آداب و رسوم، کتاب مقدس، مراسم و ضرب المثل های تعیین شده است. ما در چهارراه استرتیژیک تاریخی یک منطقه واقع در قاره زمین که شامل نیمی از جمعیت جهان، پررونق ترین قتصادی جهان که هژمونی غربی را به چالش کشیده است قرار داریم. بنابراین  ضروراست تا  فراتر از یک جامعه خیالی بیاندیشیم  در تحقق بخشیدن ظرفیت های خود در راه وحدت و یکپاچه گی بایستیم در غیر ان تسلمی در برابر قدرت های منطقه ای در انتظار ما است. این هم دیگر قابل قبول نیست که به  فرمول استعماری قدیمی “تفرقه بیانداز و حکومت کن”  که هنوز هم در این روزها  در کشور ما به کارگرفته میشود قربانی شد. به طور خلاصه، اصل ناسیونالیسم مدنی تاکید بر ان دارد که در این برحه از تاریخ جهان که دور مهمی را در پیش دارد فقط از طریق اتحاد میتوان جایگاه خاص خود را تثبیت کرد.

دوم:این اصل افغان محوری تعهدی است غیر قابل انعطاف در برابر آژانس و مالکیت آینده ما افغانستان. و افغان محور اولین وظیفه خود میداند تا در جهت اگاهی و آزادی  ما از عقده ی های حقارت و منفی که با چندین دهه  تحت نماد مدرنیسم مروج گردیده، یاری رساند. ما در سطح ملی باید تلاش و تاکید بر عزت هویت خود وبرای پاکسازی بسیار مفاهیم واصطلاحات مانند ‘مردم بدوي، ‘فرهنگ عقب مانده’، ‘سنت رادیکال’، ‘تنگنظري، ‘شرارت های قومي، ‘بنیادگرایی مذهبي ‘قبیله ای اتخاذ بربریت و پرهیز از بسیاری تهمت های قوم مدارانه که لیاقت و شائستگی ما را خدشه دار میکند،تلاش کنیم.  در کوتاه مدت، تجلیل از  اصل  افغان محوری بعنوان تنها روش ما را برای از بین بردن هر و همه نیروهای که باعث  تحقیر هویت ما باشد ، میتواند یاری رساند   

سوم: یک اصل دیگر افغان محوری پیوستن همه با همدیگربشکل کتلوی و بدون قید و شرط وتجلیل از غنامندی تنوع خود میباشد. درین راستا تعهد برناسیونالیزم مدنی با  رویکرد مالکیت همگانی در افغانستان  و مهمتر ازهمه هدف ما این است که یک جامعه  با تنوع فرهنگی، زبانی، قومی، مذهبی و اجتماعی را گرامی بداریم. پذیرش این تنوع به معنی و بالاتر از همه احترام به اصل و نسب تاریخی از هر گروه قومی که خود را به عنوان افغان شناسایی می کند، میباشد.

چهارم: ارتباطات پیوسته یکی از اصول دیگر شبکه افغان محور است که شامل همکاری باز و جامع است که نسلهای پیشین و فعلی افغان که در داخل و خارج از افغانستان زنده گی میکنند، پیوند دهد. چهار دهه جنگ با موج وسیعی از مهاجرت ها همراه بوده که ملیون ها افغان از وطن دور شدند، ولی هیچگاه و برای لحظه ای وطن از انها دور نشد، چون در هر جاییکه بودند وطن در قلب شان زیست. این کتله عظیم و توانگر مهاجر  باید در جهت توانمندی افغانستان افعال شود. ما دو نسل از افغانهای مقیم خارج؛ یکی نسل قدیمی است که مشتاق به تصویب  دانش فرهنگی و سنتی خود  از سرزمین مادری  و نسل جدید که از لحاظ فنی مجهز و مشتاق به خدمت اما فاقد دانش فرهنگی و سنتی لازم، همچون ثروت با ارزشی در دسترس داریم. این پدیده نیز در افغانستان همچنان ادامه دارد؛ وضیعتی که در آن  نسلی  در جنگ تولد و افزایش رشد یافته نمی تواند به نسل قدیمی تر خود که با حقایق  زمان صلح آشنا است وصل گردد.

این چهار اصول و آرمان که اشاره است به ناسیونالیسم مدنی، محوری گرائی، تجلیل تنوع و همپیوندی در محراق  گفتمان افغان محوری به سمت یک دستور کار مشترک برای افغانستان میباشد، قراردارد. اجازه دهید این سایت به عنوان یک محل خدمتگزار در جهت تشریک وجهه مشترکات که مشتق شده از انعطاف پذیری  سنت های فرهنگی ما، تا ما را در حل و فصل رویاهای سیاسی اجتماعی ما کمک رساند هدف ما در کل  پیشبرد مشارکت مدنی از طریق اشاعه افکار روشنفکری از طریق  ایدیالوژی افغان محوری که همطراز جنبش های فکری، شرق میانه،  جنبش همبستگی آمریکای لاتین و جنبش های افریقا محور، میباشد. این یک مقاومت پرشور در برابر طاعون نژاد پرست است که کشور ما را آلوده کرده است.

To Afghans for Afghanistan:

We are proposing an ideological framework, a worldview, a mindset if you will, that is endogenously Afghan and fundamentally relies on civic commitment to Afghanistan. To materialize, it is necessary to first of all abandon regional, religious and ethnic stigmatization and embrace Afghaniyat. This can only be achieved by dumping down the liberal baggage of individual supremacy and reaching out to our foundational beliefs of communalism that has for far too long been suppressed. This requires a national drive for collective intellectual self reliance that is found in the authentic dignified lives of Afghans. We firmly believe that the main reason Afghanistan finds itself today in such devastating state is because the values that are found in the ordinary Afghans have not been integrated into the political deliberations and institutionalization.

The purpose for Afghanocentricism is based on the simple idea of Afghans viewing ourselves as agents of our future, not marginal to the outsiders determinations, but central to our own historical experience. Only by adopting such an Afghan sense can we make it possible to overcome the numerous obstacles we currently face. This task can only be achieved with the engagement of the Afghans in the homeland and the diaspora and we most welcome contribution in support and constructive criticism. It is the aim, therefore, of this venue to share certain principles and aspirations derived from the best of our cultural values and virtues of our tradition.

1. To actively and genuinely promote civic nationalism as determined by our history, religion, culture, tradition, symbols, education, rituals, scriptures, ceremonies and proverbs. We are at a historical crossroad: located on a continent comprising half of the worlds population, a region that is booming economically and is realistically challenging Western Hegemony. Therefore, there is a necessity to tap beyond the ‘imagined community’ and realize our potential in our unity or we will succumb to the regional powers. It is no longer acceptable to be the victim of the old colonial formula of “divide and rule” that is still employed in this day and age in our country. In short, the principle of civic nationalism is an affirmation that through unity we will challenge becoming a periphery to the world history in such a crucial period.
2. Adopting the principle of centeredness, that is an uncompromising commitment to Afghan agency and ownership of our future. The first task is the liberation of our consciousness from the inferiority complex that is entrenched with decades of negativity under the emblem of modernism. We must adopt a national effort of dignity affirmation and purge of our very beings such terminologies as ‘primitive people’, ‘backward culture’, ‘radical tradition’, ‘narrow-mindedness’, ‘ethnic viciousness’, ‘religious fundamentalism’ ‘tribal barbarism’ and many more ethnocentric slurs unworthy of mentioning. In short, the principle of celebrating our centeredness is the only method to eradicate any and all forces that makes our identity pejorative.
3. To massively and unconditionally become one nation embracing our rich diversity. Our commitment is to civic nationalism, our approach is to afghan ownership and centeredness, and most significantly our goal is to a society cherishing its cultural, linguistic, ethnic, religious, and social diversity. This diversity acceptance means above all to respect the historical ancestry of every ethnic group that identifies itself as Afghan.
4. The principle of interconnectedness is to have an open and inclusive collaboration that is internal, inter-generational and internationally engaging the diaspora. Internally we must connect with ourselves, embrace our identity, advance our Afghanness across the country. The four decades war has moved a large population out of the country but has not detached it from its nation. There is a rich Afghan diaspora that must be engaged to enrich Afghanistan. We find two generation of Afghan Diaspora, an old generation that is eager to pass down its cultural and traditional knowledge for the good of its motherland and a new generation technically equipped and eager to serve but lacks the cultural and traditional knowledge that is necessary. This phenomenon also persists in Afghanistan where a generation has grown up in war and cannot connect to an older generation much versed on the peace time and how it functioned. With the principle of interconnectedness we can narrow the generational gap internally and in the diaspora.

These four principles and aspirations referred to as civic nationalism, centeredness, diversity and interconnectedness will comprise the discourse of Afghanocentricism and move us toward a common agenda for Afghanistan. Let this site serve as a venue illustrating our commonality; be it the resilience of our cultural traditions, or the resolve of our socio-political dreams. Our purpose is to advance civic engagement through intellectual dissemination. We call this approach Afghanocentricism. It is inspired by Afrocentrism, Pan-Arabism, and Latin American solidarity movement. It is a passionate resistance to ethnocentric plague that has infected our country.
